We are a local Property Management company which keeps a small clientele to ensure personal service.
We have been performing Property Management for over ten years not only as Property Managers but as Property Owners ourselves. As Owners of Rental Property we understand the needs and concerns of our clients. We are also licensed General Contractors who can provide licensed services and maintenance to your property.

• Management Fee: $169/Month Flat Fee (Per Home/Unit). No Management Fee When Vacant.
• Placement Fee: $899 Flat Fee (Per Lease) – Includes Advertising, All Tenant Background Investigations/Screenings and Lease Signing.
• Lease Renewals, Revisions, And Legal Updates, Only $99.
• Rent Collection Service (If No Management Services Provided): $49/Month (Per Home/Unit). Direct Withdraw From Tenant And Direct Deposit To Your Account. No Waiting On Checks, No Trips To Bank. Includes Monthly Billing Statements To Both Tenant And Owner. Plus Year-End Statements To Help You Prepare Your Taxes.

• Full Rental Applicant Screening & Verification: Extensive Screening Evaluation On All Adult Applicants Includes Rental History Verification, Financial & Credit History, Employment Verification, Court/Judgment/Eviction History, Criminal Record. Selecting The “Right” Tenant Is Important And We Are Very Careful To Make The Best Choice.
• All Rents Collected And Cleared Prior To Disbursement – Never Get A Bad Check! Also We Accept Rent Payments Online and By Credit Card.
• 24-Hour “Owner Portal”. Online Access To Your Account, View Work Orders, Statements, Communicate With Company.
